We are a digital marketing agency specializing in the real estate industry, looking for a Website & Landing Page Specialist Virtual Assistant to elevate our client accounts and help drive measurable results. Using GoHighLevel as our CRM, we manage full-scale marketing campaigns and need your expertise to optimize CRM accounts and develop high-performing websites and landing pages. Role Overview As a Site Design and CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing responsive websites, creating multimedia content, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring digital assets align with our brand strategy. You will also manage CRM maintenance, building out email campaigns, templates, automations, and supporting other GoHighLevel-related tasks to ensure seamless operations. HOURS PER WEEK: 10-30 HOURS (Monday-Friday) What You’ll Do • Web & Landing Page Design: Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages tailored to real estate lead generation, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional. • CRM Maintenance: • Build and manage email campaigns that engage buyers, sellers, and investors. • Design conversion-focused email templates that reinforce branding. • Set up advanced automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage past clients. • Monitor GoHighLevel processes, including contact segmentation, pipelines, and task automation. • Troubleshoot CRM issues and maintain smooth integrations with other tools. • Multimedia Content Creation: Use tools like Canva to design visuals, icons, and multimedia elements that enhance the user experience across digital platforms. • Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze website performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to maximize engagement and conversions. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure content and digital assets align with campaign goals, client needs, and brand strategy. What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience: • Web Design Expertise: Proven experience creating responsive websites and landing pages, with proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar platforms. • CRM Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM systems, including automations, email campaigns, pipeline management, and segmentation. • Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar to produce professional, visually appealing assets. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with websites, CRM workflows, and automations. • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for ensuring designs and automations are polished, functional, and aligned with branding. Preferred Skills (Not Required): • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Monday.com). • Experience with marketing strategies for the real estate or vacation rental industry.
