Job Overview We are in search of a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within target markets, establishing a solid pipeline of leads through various tools and methodologies. • Collaborate with both sales and marketing teams to harmonize strategies, exchange insights, and refine messaging to optimize lead conversion rates. • Design and implement tailored outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage with prospective clients. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to continually enhance our business development strategies. • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients. • Manage and track leads throughout the sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring precise reporting and forecasting. Required Skills • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS context. • A self-driven and ambitious mindset, comfortable operating within a quota-driven environment (sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory). • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with real estate developers and industry professionals. • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, with additional experience in 6Sense, Construct Connect, and HubSpot being a plus. • Proven track record of managing multiple initiatives and consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets. • Creativity in developing customized outreach strategies for prospects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a quota-driven environment.
