Key Responsibilities • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements through meticulous maintenance and review. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and strategic insights. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of account managers and bookkeepers, promoting a culture of collaboration and efficiency. • Supervise bank reconciliations, cash flow reports, and the preparation of year-end tax packages. • Identify potential risks and devise effective strategies for risk mitigation. Required Skills • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in entertainment business management. • In-depth knowledge of financial statements, tax regulations, and investment strategies. • Strong leadership abilities to motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide insightful guidance. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Datafaction, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
