Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our talented team in a remote capacity based in Memphis, TN. Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include: • Assisting with general bookkeeping functions, reporting, and payroll processes • Supporting the month-end closing activities • Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conducting reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards Required Skills To excel in this position, candidates should possess: • Strong independent work ethic • Practical bookkeeping experience • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Capacity to adhere to established processes and workflows • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
