Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support. Familiarity with Amazons products, services, and platforms.
