Responsibilities • Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding products and services • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism • Document all customer interactions in the system • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience • Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions Experience and Skills: Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends Wages : $25.90 - $29.20 Hourly From: EverFast Fiber Apply Job!
