As a Customer Engineer (SQL Server & Data Platform Engineer) at Concentrix, you will design, optimize, and support modern database solutions. This role emphasizes high availability, performance tuning, and leading cloud migrations to Azure. You Will: • Design and optimize SQL Server platforms, focusing on performance, high availability, and failover clustering. • Lead migrations of on-premises databases to Azure and other cloud platforms. • Architect disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always On availability groups, and Azure services. • Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for enterprise-level systems. You Have: • 4 to 8 years of experience with SQL Server (2012+), Azure SQL, and data warehousing. • Expertise in high availability, clustering, and cloud-based database solutions. • Experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, and IaaS. • Strong skills in database performance tuning and query optimization. • Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively. Salary: The on-target earnings range is $91,457- $137,186, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
