Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic HR support to drive organizational performance. • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. • Advise on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. • Collaborate with learning and development teams to create programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth. • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement. • Lead change management initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions and organizational changes. • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve. • Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Experience in remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering and talent management. • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, organizational development, and change management. • Experience working in a global organization or understanding of cross-cultural dynamics is a plus.
