About the Role: The Senior Brand Manager will be the strategic lead for 15-20 client accounts, managing a team of 2-3 Brand Managers. This role demands a results-driven professional with 5+ years of Amazon Brand Management experience and a proven track record of driving e-commerce growth. Additionally, 2+ years of agency experience is essential, highlighting the ability to seamlessly switch between diverse client priorities and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Account Management: • Oversee a 15-20 client accounts portfolio, delivering strategic growth and achieving client objectives. • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies (weekly, monthly, yearly) for managed brands, primarily focusing on Amazon. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Brand Managers, empowering them to evolve into leadership roles. • Delegate account responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability for team performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Act as the primary liaison between clients and Eva's vertical teams, including SEO, PPC, Case Management, and Graphic Design. • Clearly define client needs and priorities for vertical teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment. Strategic Expertise: • Leverage insights from Amazon Seller and Vendor Central and Walmart and Target platforms (with 90% focus on Amazon) to shape client strategies. • Utilize Google Sheets for advanced data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. Client Engagement: • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their priorities are reflected in all deliverables. • Conduct regular business reviews to showcase outcomes and maintain alignment with client goals. Required Skills/Qualifications: • Location: Must be based in the United States. • Experience: • 5+ years of Amazon Brand Management experience, with deep expertise in Seller and/or Vendor Central. • 2+ years of agency experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple clients and shift priorities effectively. • Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. • Proficiency in Google Sheets and eCommerce reporting tools. • Familiarity with Walmart and Target operations is a plus.
