Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat. You will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure an excellent online service experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first mindset are essential in this position.
