Internet: • United States based High-speed internet only. No cloud-based internet, VPN's, satellite, cellular services, or hotspots are accepted (T-Mobile, Starlink, etc) • Minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed. • ISP must be Stable and located within the United States and its territories. • We require a hard-wired connection, using an Ethernet cable or LAN cable, to your router/modem. We recommend a Cat5 (Category) Ethernet cord or higher. Telephone: • A cell phone (preferred) or landline is required as that is how you will receive your “Pin call”, or multi-factor authentication call, that is required to access our corporate network. The calls you make/take will not come through your phone.
