Benefits: • Immediate employment: Instructional Teaching Assistant - $30,000 Salary • Tuition: Fully Paid College Tuition Program ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations. • Support teachers in executing lesson plans, and provide individual attention to students during group sessions. • Cultivate a positive, organized learning atmosphere by maintaining a classroom that is clean, engaging , and developmentally appropriate • Adhere to school rules and standards, ensuring that all activities, services, and programs are sensitive to, and respectful of, cultural and ethnic diversity • Supervise the safety of students in and out of the classroom, following guidelines and implementing school standards under the direction of the teacher. Qualifications:

  • High Diploma or equivalent qualification
