Duties • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. • Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance student learning experiences. • Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. • Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in their educational paths and career aspirations. • Conduct scientific research projects with students, encouraging critical thinking and inquiry-based learning. • Mentor students individually or in small groups to support their academic growth and personal development. • Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional strategies. • Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of subject matter, particularly in Geometry and Microbiology. • Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting. • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline while fostering a supportive environment. • Experience in lesson planning and instructional design methodologies. • Ability to conduct scientific research and guide students through experimental processes. • Strong mentoring skills with a passion for helping students succeed academically and personally. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
