Through our trauma-focused and neuroscience-informed curriculum, we support therapists in meeting licensure requirements while enhancing their expertise. We're based in Kansas City, MO, but our team operates fully remote. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo and email campaign design. This is a part-time role with the potential for growth into more responsibilities, including website optimization and campaign strategy. You will play a key role in driving conversions, engagement, and customer retention. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within a few months. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist specifically with these requirements: Advanced skills in email marketing with Klaviyo Proven expertise in A/B testing and segmentation techniques Ability to research and adopt the language and preferences of our target audience Experience in targeting, segmentation, and creating automated email flows Commitment to delivering measurable results in open rates, click rates, and conversions Experience running email marketing campaigns for an education platform, or online/continued education business Your responsibility will include (but not limited to): Build and optimize daily email campaigns (5 per week) for maximum conversions Design, manage, and improve automated email flows (4-6 individual flows) to capture conversions from newly acquired leads Re-engage unengaged profiles effectively Acquire new high-quality leads using innovative methods, such as high-converting lead capture forms Growth Opportunities/Perks: Start part-time with the potential for full-time employment based on performance Access to paid training to enhance skills and stay updated Flexible work schedule with the opportunity to manage hours independently as expertise in the role develops Opportunities to contribute to website optimization and landing page design Flexibility to grow into additional projects and responsibilities aligned with company growth This Position Is Perfect For You If Youre detail-oriented and results-driven.
