Role Overview: We seek a highly motivated, innovative, and passionate math teacher with a broad ability to teach grades 4-12 and build and lead a team of K-12 math and STEM teachers. The ideal candidates are driven leaders, creative thinkers, and are eager to go above and beyond in their roles. This individual will keep learners engaged, create a happy, fun environment, point kids to the Lord as their Savior, and develop outside-the-box math and science classes with an engaging curriculum. They will also help drive the company’s culture, mission, and vision. This person should have an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to dream and build something special. Qualifications: • Strong faith, extensive biblical knowledge. and a passion for Christian education. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math. • The ability to break down complicated ideas and concepts so that learners gain massive skills and grow in knowledge. • An independent self-starter who takes initiative • Innovative thinker with a track record of developing creative educational programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and hungry to learn and grow. • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in previous roles. • Passionate about teaching, learning, and fostering a love for math. • Competitive and driven to achieve excellence. • Willing to learn from mistakes and try new things. • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, online learning environment. • Highly capable of using technology and comfortable trying new tech. • Can handle high pressure and stress, won't crumble or shy away from hard things.
