Loan Officer Assistant Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Remote--but greater Tampa /Pinellas area preferred) Company: West Capital Lending Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support a fast-paced mortgage business? Great bonuses! What You'll Do: ? Manage and check loan applications and documentation ? Coordinate and speak with clients, and realtors ? Follow up with clients and leave detailed status updates in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ? Handle scheduling and follow-ups with leads. What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills (bonus if you love checklists and CRMs) Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus Comfortable with loan origination systems and CRM tools Why Join Us?
