Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officers to join our esteemed team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients throughout the home loan process, offering expert guidance and facilitating successful transactions. Key Responsibilities • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their individual financial needs to deliver customized solutions. • Actively pursue new business prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and strategic networking. • Provide comprehensive guidance to clients during the loan process, advising them on optimal loan programs, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless closing experience. • Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while prioritizing high levels of client satisfaction. • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory updates, and new loan product offerings. Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years of full-time loan origination experience, ideally within a call center context. • Extensive knowledge of both conventional and government loan programs, including purchase and refinance options. • Possession of a current NMLS license, with a preference for candidates holding 4 or more additional state NMLS licenses. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients. • A results-driven attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic, ambition, and the capacity to perform independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of loan origination experience is required. • A thorough understanding of diverse loan programs is essential. • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
