Job Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced Audit Managers for fully remote positions to oversee financial statement audits and attest engagements with prestigious CPA firms throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities • Lead the wrap-up and review phase following audit fieldwork, finalizing documentation and checklists. • Review draft financial statements and related audit materials. • Effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders. • Mentor and develop junior staff through guidance and training. Required Skills • Public accounting experience within the past five years. • Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS). • Familiarity with the Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards. • Exceptional communication skills to present audit results effectively. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Business, concentrating on Accounting. • An active CPA license is essential. • Candidates must be U.S. residents and authorized to work in the United States.
