Our software can generate comparable vehicles in about 10 seconds (a process that normally takes an appraiser 30-60 minutes to do), and then can generate a Fair Market Value, or Diminished Value Report in another 2 minutes (which can take another 1-2 hours when done manually, especially if putting together a quality one). The cost to run a Diminished Value Report is $125. You'd get $18.75 If they're doing 20 per month, that's $375 Get 10 Appraisers using it and it can be upwards of $6,000 /month to you. If they're able to increase their volume doing it solo, you make more. If they're hire people to do it for them, they can scale even more.
