Responsibilities • Provide quotes and sell insurance policies across multiple lines and carriers. , • Deliver outstanding client service and create positive relationships with prospective clients. , • Use various systems to track, gather information, and answer customer inquiries. , • Identify customer needs and meet those needs using sales tools and techniques. , • Collaborate with team members to support energy, morale, and production. , • Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance across all product lines, including ancillary policies. , • Meet key performance indicators related to sales, productivity, and quality requirements. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. , • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts. , • Proven success of adequate/accurate typing speed while talking with a customer. , • Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines. , • Strong, professional phone etiquette. , • Proficiency with sales systems. , • Must have passion, high level of initiative, autonomy, and be self-motivated. Nice-to-haves • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states. , • Experience in sales or customer service roles. Benefits • $700 licensing bonus for obtaining Property & Casualty and/or general lines licensure. , • 1st year earning potential of $45k to $55k. , • 2nd year earning potential of $65k to $70k. , • 3rd and 4th year earning potential of $80k to $100k+. , • Hourly base rate or uncapped commission (whichever is greater) with no chargebacks. , • 4 weeks of PTO plus 10 paid holidays. , • Comprehensive, curriculum-based, paid training program. , • Warm leads provided; no need to build your own pipeline or cold call. , • Comprehensive benefits package. , • Advancement opportunities.
