Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Nurse (RN) to become an integral member of our dynamic team. In this in-office role, you will utilize your expertise to deliver exceptional patient care, assisting individuals as they navigate their complex healthcare journeys. Key Responsibilities Patient Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for patients, helping them understand and adhere to their treatment plans while addressing any challenges they may face. Education: Offer clear and comprehensive information about medications, treatment options, and disease management techniques to enhance patient understanding and compliance. Care Coordination: Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and various stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Problem-Solving: Identify and address obstacles to care, including insurance complications, medication access issues, and financial challenges. Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support to patients, guiding them through their healthcare experiences with empathy and understanding. Required Skills Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Kentucky. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Qualifications 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with relevant disease state knowledge. Background in case management or utilization management is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
