About the position The Contractor Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (Closer) to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is revolutionizing the hiring process in the construction industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with key decision-makers in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be provided with curated leads, and your primary goal will be to convert these leads into successful business relationships. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a crucial part in driving revenue growth. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close new business deals while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will also collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Fulfillment, to enhance product offerings and improve client experiences. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets consistently while keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture and is eager to contribute to the future of construction hiring. Responsibilities • Close new business deals through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques. , • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. , • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly. , • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Fulfillment, to ensure client satisfaction and drive product improvements. , • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. , • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. , • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. , • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management. Requirements • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing deals. , • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. , • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach. , • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. , • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. , • Highly organized with excellent time management skills. , • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks. , • Prior experience in construction or related industry sales is a plus.
