Key Responsibilities: Engage with American Express card members via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance with inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting. Deliver personalized and exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction. Assist card members with account inquiries, including balance inquiries, transaction disputes, rewards redemption, and general account maintenance. Provide information about American Express products, services, and benefits, and assist card members with application processes as needed. Utilize various systems and tools to access customer account information, process transactions, and update customer records accurately. Adhere to American Express policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate through complex customer inquiries effectively. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
