Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Humana is seeking a Process Improvement Professional 2, who will focus on skills and knowledge of data collection and the ability to analyze the “Voice of the Customer” and “Voice of the Business” data. The ideal candidate must have the proven ability with a strong focus on process mapping customer and lifecycle journeys. In addition, capabilities to develop business cases for change, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans. This role will ensure solution designs deliver high quality outcomes and financial performance. The candidate will be required to effectively analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. The Process Improvement Professional 2, work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Process... Improvement Professional 2, ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the capability to effectively communicate data insights. The candidate will research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Takes detailed notes from meetings and follow-up on action items with internal and impacted teams. • Key communicator of product decisions and business objectives to the product team throughout the product lifecycle • Ensures development sprint demo is being presented after every sprint and that the user story requirements are being met by the demonstrated development. • Coordinates dependencies across products, with other product owners • Ensures any testing observations are being address between user acceptance testing and postproduction validation. • Implements Change Management processes as needed to maintain accurate requirements dependencies and documentation. • Works with the Lead Product Managers to align sprint priorities with the product roadmaps and determine release timelines. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerBI and Lucid • 2+ Years Agile Development Methodologies required, waterfall and other Systems Development Life cycle methodologies a plus. • Group Benefits (Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, etc.) knowledge and experience • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments. • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills • Extremely detail oriented. • Solid change management and documentation skills • Ability to work with Product Manager, Stakeholders, and remote teams at all levels in the organization in a collaborative, team environment. • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams efforts. • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications • Masters Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Power Apps/Power Automate Knowledge • Six Sigma Certification • PMP Certification • Salesforce/ADO knowledge Additional Information Work at Home/Remote Requirements · WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. · A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. · Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. · A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $63,400 - $87,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
