Operate efficiently in a high-energy setting, managing multiple clients and loan files concurrently. Handle a consistent influx of inbound leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Lock loans at the point of sale, gather initial documentation, and submit comprehensive loan packages to production staff. Accurately structure and price loans for optimal client satisfaction. Required Skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities. Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer financial situations. Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and files in a dynamic environment. Proficient in loan structuring and pricing. Problem-solving aptitude to address client inquiries effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years of recent experience in loan origination, preferably within a call center environment. Valid CA DBO and NMLS licenses. At least four approved state licenses through the NMLS. Capability to verify identity and employment eligibility for work in the U.S.

Compensation
