About the position The Field Sales Development Manager provides field support and training to our commercial sales teams. This position will report to the Associate Director, Sales Development. They will be an integral part of the outside sales team and will be instrumental in sales execution while at the same time providing on the job training and coaching to support greater sales effectiveness at the rep level. This position will be based in your home location in the East Regions, near a major airport.
