Overview: Paulsen Coaching is seeking motivated, result-driven independent contractors to follow up on leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients who need help with their learning management systems ( online course platforms ). The ideal candidate will focus on setting appointments with company-generated leads, older and colder ones at first and then warmer ones once we’re comfortable with your performance. The right person can earn promotions into the role of a closer and account manager. Compensation: Negotiable. We will consider your stated hourly rate with the possibility of commissions plus recurring revenue. Let's talk about what works best for you... Key Responsibilities: •

  • Set appointments: Gain experience with our specialized services by scheduling appointments with prospective customers. Then, if you’re good enough and desire to do so, you can…

•

  • Close Leads: Convert pre-qualified, company-generated leads into clients, promptly following up, addressing questions, and guiding them to decisions.

•

  • Generate New Business: Identify and connect with SMB and enterprise prospects via cold outreach, networking, and referrals, focusing on customized On-Demand Support needs.

•

  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings to assess client needs, deliver tailored proposals, and communicate the value of On-Demand Support solutions.

•

  • Sales Management: In collaboration with the team, oversee the entire sales cycle, including proposals, pricing negotiations, and agreement execution.

•

  • Build Relationships: Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and gain referrals.

•

  • Track Performance: Report sales activities and progress through CRM tools while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•

  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to assess needs, present tailored solutions, and align services with client goals.

•

  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

•

  • Reporting: Track sales activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications: •

  • Proven telemarketing experience in B2B environments targeting SMBs and enterprise clients.

•

  • Experience selling professional services, consulting, or support packages is a plus.

•

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

•

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

•

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
