Lifeway is looking for our next A/V Technical Production Manager to join our Camps team! As an A/V Technical Production Manager, you will be responsible for the year-round care of a high volume of audio-visual and production gear, as well it's successful implementation and use by our and summer staffers. This role is based out of Nashville/Middle Tennessee, as you'll need frequent, year round access to Lifeway Camps' production equipment. During the summer months, expect seasonally heavy travel as you visit our various camps locations!

Responsibilities

As an A/V Technical Production Manager for Lifeway Camps you will: • Design and build technical production and A/V systems for a traveling camp or event touring environment • Repair and inventory the summer technical, production A/V equipment for 20+ traveling camp teams • Develop comprehensive production technology strategy for assigned camp teams • Program all audio, lighting, and video show files for FUGE and CentriKid camps • Serve as primary point of contact for all FUGE and CentriKid technical production and A/V equipment • Manage the training for summer staff technicians and oversee execution of audiovisual production for camp teams • Inspect and assign the work with freelance technicians at Lifeway Student Events Qualifications • Bachelor's of Fine Arts (BFA) in Audio-Visual Production, Performance Arts, or similar • Related work experience may be considered to fulfil education requirements • 8-10 years of experience of live production experience (touring preferred) • High level of familiarity with audiovisual, lighting and production equipment • Experience designing and building technical systems for a traveling camp or event touring environment • Experience coordinating the movement of people and gear around an event production environment • Experience with coaching, training and/or developing others • Knowledge of live audio systems • Available for seasonally heavy travel between May - August each year • Experience on staff at summer camp • Strong organizational and detail management skills • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Forklift certification or training Expected salary: Location: Nashville, TN Apply for the job now!
