Data Entry Manager

Our client is hiring a Data Entry Manager! We are seeking someone to lead a team of entry-level ETL analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong management capabilities, technical background experience in ETL processes, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Job Title: Data Entry Manager Location: Remote Salary: $100,000-$120,000 Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data entry and data analyst professionals, ensuring the successful execution of processes for client data. - Provide hands-on technical guidance and support, stepping in when necessary to ensure timely delivery of data projects. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company’s vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated. - Manage diverse personalities within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Oversee the use of tools, with preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required. Qualifications: - Proven experience managing data teams, ideally within data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes. Experience with GIS a huge plus. - Strong technical knowledge of ETL tools and processes. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members. - Ability to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed. - Experience in aligning team efforts with organizational goals and leading with vision and purpose.
