About the position The Customer Support Specialist at Teleperformance USA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves connecting with customers through various channels to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The position emphasizes innovation in problem-solving and requires strong communication skills to effectively assist customers. Responsibilities • Find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. , • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. , • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. , • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. , • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. , • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. , • Provide feedback on call issues. , • Upsell if required. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. , • Proven call center experience. , • Typing speed of 25 WPM. , • Proficient in PC operation and navigation. , • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills. , • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network. , • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch. , • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer. , • Excellent oral and written communication skills. , • Ability to work independently. , • Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment. , • Strong listening skills. Nice-to-haves • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred. , • 18 years of age or older.
