Healthcare Data Entry 100% Remote | $16/hr Equipment Required EST Working Hours Start Date: March 2025 Highlights: • Industry: Healthcare + Data Entry • Job Type: 4-6 month contract to potential hire A Day in the Role • The Client Coordinator will work to process various medical documents (i.e. Independent Medical Reviews) and insurance intake forms. • The coordinator will handle incoming cases extract data and enter the data into the electronic data base via Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. • Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion. • Coordinators will use critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reach out to clients via phone to obtain missing information, etc. • Must be comfortable and proficient using computers, spreadsheets, and have reliable internet. • Must be comfortable to work in a metrics/quota driven environment. • Workload will require some customer service and client coordination over the phone. • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims is preferred - must have previous remote work history in data entry. • Candidates also must have previous experience working in a metrics based environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: • Will need to have reliable high speed internet. • Will need to have your own computer or laptop for use in this role - no chromebooks. • Must have at least 1 year of remote work experience and experience working in a high volume metrics based environment. • High School Diploma • Candidates will need to be open to completing Microsoft Word and Excel Assessments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
