This fully remote position is ideal for a dynamic and motivated individual eager to enhance their sales career in a stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities • Spearhead outbound prospecting initiatives to maximize conversion rates and foster pipeline growth. • Arrange and conduct qualified meetings, identifying sales opportunities for Account Executives and building your own pipeline. • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, focusing on revenue, geographical location, and service strategies. • Identify key stakeholders based on seniority, title, and responsibilities while addressing their service business challenges. • Utilize a multi-channel approach, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to engage senior-level decision-makers and demonstrate the value of our offerings. • Reconnect with dormant prospects and cultivate early-stage leads. • Assist in assessing key leads generated from marketing events and initiatives. • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitive landscape to articulate their value effectively. • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solution consulting, sales, and customer success teams, including engagement with senior leadership. • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas and objectives. Required Skills • Experience in enterprise software or technology sales, particularly in the SaaS industry. • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or prospecting. • Proficiency in English, with strong presentation and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to listen actively and engage with clients through various channels. • A genuine passion for helping clients understand the advantages of our solutions. • The resilience to persistently reach out and connect with potential buyers. • Strong analytical skills to articulate technical features in terms of business impact. • A proactive approach and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Qualifications • Knowledge of supply chain, aftermarket, and/or service sectors is advantageous. • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, enhancing your understanding of the sales landscape.
