The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University is looking for faculty to teach in our Computer Science program. Our online faculty provide high-quality, "real" scenario-based learning experiences and support learners as they work toward their educational goals. Online faculty members work in a collaborative learning environment, partnering with learners, student advising and members of the academic team to ensure that each learner has the support you need to gain real-world skills applicable to their present and future careers. You'll Get To: • Provide a high level of student outreach and connect with students, academic advisors and team leads on a frequent basis to ensure student success • Engage, offering an increased and innovative presence in the classroom • Provide substantial student feedback and offer a quick turnaround on grades Seeking experienced instructors for the following courses: • IT-140 Introduction to Scripting • IT-145 Foundation in Application Development What we're Looking For: • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited higher education institution • 1 or more years teaching experience at the college level • Experience specifically with Python and PyCharm • Experience specifically with Java and Eclipse • 2+ years of professional experience in computer science or information technology, software engineering or software development Work Hours: This posting is hiring for future term starts, dates to be assigned later. Compensation: The standard compensation for most courses is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course, and $2,500 per 10-week graduate course. Undergraduate and graduate adjuncts are paid bi-weekly and are considered W-2 employees of Southern NH University. Compensation

The standard compensation for courses is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course and $2,500 per 10-week graduate course. Actual pay is determined at the time of course assignment based on discipline.
