Regional Human Resources Manager (U.S. Southern Region)

What we’re looking for: In this position you will oversee all HR functions within the assigned region/facilities, playing a critical part in fostering employee engagement, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with Envision Cold’s policies and procedures. As our facilities are located all along the US/Mexican border and southern Florida, you will be responsible for supporting operations as well as traveling to these locations. Qualified candidates would ideally be located in Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, TX for direct travel to our locations in El Paso, Laredo, McAllen (TX) and Miami (FL). Would consider other large Southeast cities with access to airport and direct flights to noted areas. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement. What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and grievances.
• Payroll management and processing.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify and aid in the development of training needs for employees.
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as safety protocols, company policies, and job specific responsibilities and procedures.
• Oversee employee leave programs, including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), maternity/paternity, military, domestic violence, personal, and other leave policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations and company policies.
• Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues and concerns.
• Travel between locations to provide any necessary support (travel will consist of 2-3 days every other month on average)

Requirements: What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in HR Management is required. HR experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or additional years' experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed (10-15%).
