As we scale, we need an accountant/bookkeeper who understands New York State sales tax laws, including resale certificates (ST-120), tax compliance, and bookkeeping for a US-registered company. ?? Key Responsibilities: ? New York Sales Tax Compliance – Assist with resale certificate (ST-120) applications and filings ? Bookkeeping & Financial Management – Maintain accurate financial records, categorize expenses, and manage tax filings ? Tax Documentation & Compliance – Ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and accessible for audits ? Financial Reporting & Strategy – Advise on financial planning, tax-saving opportunities, and regulatory requirements ?? Qualifications: ?? Must be based in the Philippines with experience in US accounting ?? Experience working with US-based clients or accounting firms ?? Strong understanding of New York State sales tax and compliance ??
