We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Claims Service Representative to join our team at Geico Auto Insurance. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries from our customers in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a passion for customer service. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of the insurance industry and the claims process.Responsibilities include:• Maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer inquiries• Answering inquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies• Investigating and resolving customer complaints• Investigating claims and ensuring they are handled in a timely manner• Providing accurate information and guidance to customersQualifications:• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to handle challenging customer service situations• Proven ability to pay close attention to details• Working knowledge of the insurance industry and claims process• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Geico Auto Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
