Job Title: Loader / Crew Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr Shift Times: Shift times vary on client needs Location: Houston, TX Indeed Flex is hiring loader/crew members to load and unload furniture for their event logistics client in Houston, TX. Benefits: • Get paid the same day with Same Day Pay • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits • Long and short-term disability coverage • Flexible shifts available • Get hired immediately - opt into AI interview Job Requirements: • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment, up to 50 lbs, using carts and dollies. • Strong communication skills to coordinate with event staff and logistics coordinators. • Reliable and punctual, flexible to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. • Experience in event setup, logistics, or a similar physically demanding role is a plus. Duties & Responsibilities: • Load, transport, and unload event furniture and equipment at various tradeshow venues. • Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transit and setup. • Work closely with the logistics team to fulfill setup and breakdown schedules. • Maintain event areas by organizing furniture and equipment for optimal accessibility.
