This is a unique and exciting opportunity to provide Executive Administrative support to the Vice President of Recruiting & Inclusion. This role will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support. Description Description - Effective calendar management involves organizing meetings, video calls, and conference calls, prioritizing the schedule to reflect the most critical matters, proactively managing and preparing for meetings, resolving conflicts and challenges, and anticipating needs - Works with other Executive Assistants to coordinate Executives’ schedules. This includes key partnerships with PR, Finance, and Legal - Organizes and supports meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary - Actively manages projects as needed, including coordinating team members and acting as liaison between the executive leader and the project team to ensure deliverables - Collection and preparation of any documentation required for meetings - Organizes complex, domestic and international travel including visa arrangements - Submits and manages expenses - Supports activities such as office space, printers, IS&T support, ordering office materials and supplies

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years of Executive Administration support • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Key Qualifications Key Qualifications

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.70 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
