Adjunct faculty positions are temporary, part-time positions of employment appointed on a per academic term basis. Day and evening hours available; duties may involve split teaching shifts or routine travel between campus locations. Qualifications: Qualifications for instructional positions include a minimum of three years' full-time work experience in the discipline taught and educational background specific to the courses/programs. Formal teaching certification is not required. Teaching positions in most Associate Degree programs require a Master's Degree in the field (or) a Master's Degree in a related field with at least 18 semester hours in the subject to be taught. All academic credentials must be granted by an accredited college or university. Compensation is commensurate with academic preparation and experience. Most program areas experience occasional rotation of adjunct instructors. Savannah Technical College recruits continuously for Adjunct Faculty in the following disciplines: ? Accounting ?
