Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, wellness-driven Mid-Level Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) licensed in California to join our growing telehealth team. This is a part-time, independent contractor role ideal for someone passionate about holistic, integrative care and excited to grow with an early-stage startup. You’ll work closely under the guidance of our Chief Medical Officer (CMO), contributing to clinical strategy, patient protocol development, and long-term care planning within a collaborative and innovative care model.
