About the Role

As Specialist, Campaigns you will be in a key role managing the day-to-day interaction with clients to enable implementation of their paid media plans and programs. This would include deadline management, oversight of tagging and trafficking with ad operations, data analysis and optimization, reporting, and presentations to clients as well as creative content recommendations to improve results. In addition, this role will also be instrumental in being the subject matter expert on a particular media channel. This role is based on Dallas and is a hybrid role. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to manage client deliverables, respond quickly to client requests, fully understand clients’ business and objectives, and bring a natural curiosity to learn more and grow in the organization accurately and efficiently. Candidates with project management experience or client-side (enterprise) management of internal stakeholders would be ideal. Core Competencies

  • Ability to learn new industries/business types and translate that knowledge to achieve client goals.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a constantly changing, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day paid media campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:

  • Develop deep understanding of client's needs, priorities, and objectives as well as an understanding of clients’ business, markets, and customers to provide more valuable counsel.
  • Manage all deliverables and make recommendations to clients and internal groups on improved creative materials.
  • Coordinate materials with your assigned ad ops partners to ensure implementation deadlines are met.
  • Communicate and coordinate across internal team members daily to expedite requests submitted to the ad ops team for your assigned clients.
  • Develop reporting and analyze campaign data. Optimize programs accordingly utilizing conversion tracking to deliver maximum return for clients.
  • Derive meaningful insights from campaign data and present insights in client facing and internal presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data, or another related field.
  • At least one year’s work experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Account management background preferred
  • Knowledge of the basics of marketing
  • A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
  • Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency.

Bonus Points Experience with Google Analytics 4 a plus.
