aytm “ask your target market” is looking to hire a proven Sr Director Product Marketing to join our growing marketing team. This is a remote work position. In this newly created role, your primary responsibility will be executing product marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, promote feature releases, and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in SaaS technology product marketing. Additionally, candidates must have a roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude and a strong track record of efficiently executing product marketing strategies and crafting compelling product narratives.   • Support the Head of Go-To-Market by executing product marketing initiatives that drive product adoption.
  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials such as presentations, product information sheets, digital enablement tools, customer case studies and more.
  • Support the curation of a competitive intelligence program including feature deep dives, battlecard creation and maintaining a database of competitor intel.
  • Assist in developing product messaging and positioning that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence research to inform product positioning and differentiation.
  • Support internal and external training efforts for sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and maintain content that enhances customer understanding, including website materials, thought leadership pieces, and solution briefs.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to optimize product marketing strategies that maximize revenue generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and events that drive product awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience working in a SaaS organization with the skills & ability to learn a new industry quickly.
  • Comfort working closely with account based marketing and sales teams to achieve shared revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated customer knowledge and solid execution of competitive marketing strategies.
  • Ability to build solution sets from a portfolio of products and clearly articulate customer benefits.
  • Ability to research competitors capabilities and express unique differentiators.
  • Outstanding oral communication skills including the ability to effectively convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability understanding and effectively communicating complex, technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with sales, client services, product management and developers.
  • Outstanding copywriting, copy editing and content creation skills. Detail oriented with a good eye for design.
  • Curious, empathetic, humorous, confident, collaborative and proactive.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in research, marketing, communications, business or technology field.
