Call Center Phone Interviewer - Part Time Type: Part-time Staff The Quinnipiac University Poll offers part-time telephone interviewer opportunities. Be on top of breaking news, taking the pulse of public opinion across the nation while working a hybrid schedule that includes both remote, work from home, and on-site shifts in our state-of-the-art call center facility in Hamden, CT. We offer flexible scheduling of evening and weekend hours, paid sick time, and paid training. As part of a large and diverse team, interviewers conduct public opinion research using a scripted questionnaire, calling people across the country to collect the nation's opinion on public policy, on state and national elections, and on breaking news issues. Qualities sought in a telephone Interviewer are: This position requires focus on your computer screen for long periods of time while remaining attentive to the job on hand. Telephone Interviewers are required to maintain performance at or above the standards set by the QU Poll. You are expected to adhere to your work schedule as a hybrid interviewer, working both onsite and remotely. Remote work conditions require you to use your own Windows-based or Apple computer which meet our hardware requirements. You will need your own computer headset and will be responsible for reliable high-speed internet access. Importantly, a quiet and private place where surveys can be conducted confidentially is necessary. Part-time hybrid positions offer $16.35 per hour, evenings and weekend shifts are required. The Quinnipiac Poll offers safe, clean, and distanced glass partitioned workstations for on-site work in our state-of-the-art facility.
