This role plays a crucial part in building and maintaining our network of primary care providers, ensuring our members have access to the best healthcare services. Develop and maintain relationships with primary care providers to build a strong and diverse network. Negotiate contracts with primary care providers to ensure fair and competitive rates for services. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and recruit qualified primary care providers to join our network. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform network development and contracting decisions. Monitor and review provider performance to ensure quality of care and adherence to contract terms. Identify opportunities for network growth and expansion in key geographic areas. Serve as a primary point of contact for providers, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining positive relationships. Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data in internal systems. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to primary care providers and network development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving member satisfaction and retention.
