- Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling service requests.
- Assist technicians in the field by relaying messages, updating schedules, and coordinating job details.
- Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and schedules using our internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines, technician arrivals, and follow-up needs.
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift between phone calls, emails, and technician support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
- A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
