We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Brand Ambassador who is organized, creative, and enthusiastic about mental health to join our mission of spreading awareness and healing through impactful content and online programs. Key Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support including email management, scheduling, and basic data entry · Assist in the planning, design, and development of online mental health courses and digital resources · Act as a brand ambassador on social media, engaging with our audience and promoting our values · Coordinate with therapists, coaches, and wellness experts to gather content and feedback · Monitor course engagement analytics and suggest improvements · Help manage community groups and foster a supportive, positive online environment · Contribute to blog posts, newsletters, and other content initiatives aligned with our brand message · Package content provided by corporate into digestible and organized material related to mental health modalities (CBT/DBT/NLP) Ideal Candidate Will Have: · A genuine passion for mental health, personal development, and emotional resilience · Experience in virtual assistance, course creation, or digital content coordination · Strong communication and writing skills · Comfort working with platforms like Canva, Kajabi/Teachable, Google Workspace, and social media · Creativity, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude · Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals Why Join Us?
