Go High Level (GHL) CRM Specialist | ZR_23653_JOB

This is a remote position. 40 hours a week Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Go High Level (GHL) CRM Specialist to manage the setup, customization, and support of white-labeled GHL accounts. The role will begin by configuring our internal GHL instance from scratch, including branding, automation, and onboarding processes. Once our instance is fully set up, you will transition into managing and onboarding GHL white-label accounts for our clients, customizing each instance based on their unique business needs, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial Setup
• Fully configure and customize the company’s GHL instance (branding, workflows, email/phone/calendar integration, etc.)
• Create onboarding flows and documentation for internal use
• Client Account Management
• Set up and configure GHL accounts for new white-label clients
• Customize CRM pipelines, automations, forms, calendars, and workflows
• Provide basic training and onboarding assistance to clients
• Manage updates, bug fixes, and client requests
• Integrations & Optimization
• Ensure smooth integration of email, SMS, phone, calendar, and web forms
• Maintain and improve platform usability and client-specific configurations
• Assist in future AI/chatbot answering service integrations if applicable
• Support & Communication
• Respond to client support requests and help troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide clear, professional communication and guidance on using the platform
• Maintain documentation for each client’s setup and configuration

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Go High Level (GHL) platform
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation workflows, and integrations
• Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting client issues independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GHL white-label management
• Familiarity with automation and chatbot platforms (e.g., ManyChat, ChatGPT-based tools)
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and client onboarding flows
• Comfortable working across time zones and remote teams
