The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries with professionalism and empathy.
