- Scheduling and coordinating dealership training
- Assisting with sending candidate outbound messaging
- Confirming interviews
- Assisting in scheduling Interviews
- Ownership of our high-volume Pre-Employment processing:
- Process pre-employment checks (Background, Motor Vehicle, Drug Screens) and input results via our HRIS platform
- Effectively and proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure they follow pre-employment approval steps
- Assisting the HRIS Manager with 3rd party database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.)
- Assist the HR Team with Administrative work and projects
- Digital Employee File management

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required. 2-year degree, or higher, preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, and overall understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- CDK DMS experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong work ethic and phone etiquette
- Good communication skills, emphasizing both informal and professional written communication
- An interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition is preferred
