In this role, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage complex timelines, align teams around common goals, and ensure project transparency through regular reporting. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in both Agile and traditional methodologies is essential for success.Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large and complex IT projects
• Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and monitor budget compliance
• Collaborate across departments to align priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related conflicts
• Ensure project governance, documentation, and adherence to best practices
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, risks, and progress metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and performance tracking across teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in IT or supply chain environments
• Proven success leading large, multi-functional initiatives with high visibility
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
• Ability to define and solve complex business and technical issues effectively
• Adaptability in fast-changing business and technology contexts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations
• Familiarity with large-scale IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
